Pub in Cloppenburg where smoking is still allowed. The beer is not expensive. There also seems to be a roof terrace. Don't imagine too much of the interior.

I was lucky enough to be shown this place when visiting the North of Germany. The food was fantastic, and drinks very well priced. I'd particularly recommend the rhubarb shots
